friendly staffchipping paintclogged tub
the staff were very friendly and helpful, this was acceptable.
The bathroom was not good i saw painting chipping off the ceiling. the tub was clogged. It filled up to my ankles as i showered. there was only one bath towel, so my partner had to use a hand towel after showering.

i found the customer service perfect. the staff addressed every request promptly. the on-site restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, which i enjoyed . my room was spacious, easily accommodating all my luggage and providing ample living space.
I encountered an issue with the bathroom's water pressure. It fluctuated unexpectedly during showers. this made it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. the inconvenience slightly detracted from an otherwise flawless experience.

Historic Stay with Modern Comforts

I found the art throughout the stairwells excellent. It seemed like a museum. The gym is functional. I noticed several pieces of equipment. The room was also impeccably clean and had very modern amenities, combining old and new very well. The doormen provided friendly service.

the bed was super comfortable. the bathroom was beautiful and had nice snacks. the room provided a luxurious feeling.
The room smelled like an ashtray upon arrival. i asked for a different room because of the unpleasant smell. they moved me to a room on the first floor. It was noisy and impossible to rest.
